Refund policy
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- After 15 days from purchase date, no refund is offered.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and free from stains/wear.
- No returns or refunds for personalized/customized items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For damaged or missing items, you must report within 24–48 hours with photos for replacement on support@glorifi.in
- For incorrect items received, you must request return within 24–48 hours with photos and packing slip.
- Refunds (when approved) are issued as a gift card for the same amount (except for personalized items).
